I still have Pepper, she’s a min pin mix. I lost bubba at age 16& Itty-bitty at age 13, jake last October age 12

I’ve had 8 furbabies over the years the oldest was Rusty he was 19 when he passed,the youngest was BJ she was 9. Bubba and Itty-bitty are buried in my backyard with their graves decorated every holiday every year. All my furbabies are buried here. I will not just do away with them. This is their home so this is where they need to be.

That’s nice. My neighbor adopts only older Cocker Spaniels and has a garden area for them to rest.

It’s crazy how the smallest things can trip you up, isn’t it? Like turning down the pet food aisle and realizing you have no reason to go there. Brutal. BUT, I don’t think any of us would trade the time we had together.

There are days that I break down. Even with me getting new puppies they keep me busy. Zeus was a 13 year old German Shepherd. I had him since he was 4 months old.he has a special place in my heart.

Here is a picture of my cat. Yes, I call her Cat, or Beauty Girl, Sweetheart…anything but her \”given\” name. I adopted her four years ago after all but one tooth was extracted and she needed medical fostering (I volunteer for that at my local shelter) and we fell in love. -

I’m smiling just thinking of your comments – you capture the Jack Russell personality succinctly. Sixteen is very good and you must have taken wonderful care of him, as I know he did you. And Boonie-Triplets! What?! Anyone is a saint, including you, for getting through that :-). If you want, please send pictures of them both, at their best, and “worst”. Thank you. I lost my dog Raz on September 22, I miss him so much. And with the holidays coming, it’s worse. But he will always be my angel. My brother passed in 1999, and i didn’t get to say goodbye. In 2011, I’d had it. I packed up everything and left the house, ready to end it all. Suddenly here comes this little dog. Scared, hungry, and cold. So I took him home. Found the owner, who didn’t want him, so I kept him.
