Kevin, the pain of parting from Elton is deep, and unlike any other. I am so sorry to hear it was unexpected. The trauma of a sudden loss is extremely difficult and we truly are here for you, to help you along. We do have urns in our Shop, and many unique, meaningful ways to memorialize Elton, but I wonder if you are looking for a provider of paw prints? Please let me know if I can help you with that. Melinda, I am so sorry for your family at the passing of darling Shorty (aptly named) 💔We know in our heads that our pets are only “on loan” to us, but our hearts shatter when we say goodbye. You, your daughter and family are invited to join our group support meeting tomorrow (Thursday) to share more about your lives together with Shorty. Lisa, three months is not a long time. If you think of your time together as a ruler, with each year being an inch, three months is a fraction of the loving, fun and funny times you shared. 💔You may find three years from now something will trigger a memory and it all comes flooding back, hopefully with smiles for the joy you gave and received. Hi Christina🤗That’s too bad about little Alvin, but I think IBD can be addressed with diet (maybe meds) and he should do well. Have you thought to ask your local shelter for their insights? How are you doing now – still writing to June? I hope having Alvin is bringing you much joy. I find that, while I will always miss my beloved, departed babies, having another life to care for and about really lifts the pain, and I can be happy for the lives we shared and not feel so sad. Amber, your sentiment is powerful, true and inspirational – we feel the acute pain of parting, but can also remember why we opened our hearts in the first place, and recall the many years of joy and love you and Khemosavvy shared💕I am truly sorry for your parting, and happy for the years you and Khemosavvy got to romp and ride. What a lovely, and true, sentiment. We DO feel the pain of loss acutely, but with time, and thought, can remember why we opened our homes and hearts in the first place, knowing one day we would have to say goodbye, but never regretting EVERY day we shared love and joy.

Oh, I didn’t realize you and Coco had parted, and so recently. I am so sorry. But you must feel good that you gave her such a nice life filled with love. That’s really all we can hope for, any of us, isn’t it? It’s hard knowing when we meet that one day we will say goodbye, but we wouldn’t give up the fun, funny and loving times we shared. Barbara, our community is here to support you through your grief, along with your other cats, who are also mourning Coco’s passing. I originally just made an account to get Elton (our cat) an urn and paw print. We’re not doing well. He was a great cat; how it ended was sudden and horrific. Thanks for reaching out, but we’re just looking to get his ashes back as soon as possible.
