Oh Beth… I am heartbroken with, and for you..Harvey is so handsome and sweet…I have tears looking at his picture, which is so kind of you to share with us. My girl is going to be 17 (I hope she makes it – we’re treating a number of ailments), so please , will yo tell us how old was Harvey? What happened? And Beth, you are no doubt in pain, and we are here for you if we can help. Big HUG. Toni

He was 11:and going to turn 12 June 30th. He stopped eating and blood work didn’t show a problem. Vet tried an anti nausea meds and appetite stimulator. He just got worse. He had lost alot of weight. They couldn’t tell me why ,so I had an appointment to get x-ray but you could bsee he was dying and that it was time to lethim go. I think I am having such a problem w it bc it happened so fast. Only 3 weeks ago he was fine. Also why did it have to happen during covid? I am sick of this pandemic and the masks. It is ball just too much. It is the first pet I have had to put down all alone. The good thing is I still have 2 other kitties at home. He has an older sister kitty named Sabrina and a younger kitty sister named Libby. I don’t know how I could survive this if he was my only cat.

Oh how awful, Beth. I am glad you have Sabrina and Libby, and wonder how they are doing with this? You extended the absolutely most loving and kind act you could by giving Harvey relief, and release, at the expense of your feelings ..and yes, this is the most distressing era for the world in a century, which doesn’t help…doggone it, Beth, I am just so sad and sorry about Harvey…. But I am glad you have Sabrina and Libby, and now – US! We are a caring community of pet and animal lovers, and we “get it”, and I am glad you are a part of us. Sending you a HUG… Toni
