I lost my 15 year old Daschund yesterday day. My heart is broken. I’m a widow and he was such a great companion

Oh Brenda, I am so very sorry. The pain is deep. And real. What was his name? Fifteen years is a good life but a million years with them wouldn’t be long enough. Were you together for all of the fifteen years? I hope you can think of the many years of love you shared and the joys you brought each other. The emptiness of the house and the deafening quiet are so hard to bear. Can you get out of the house for awhile, talk to family and friends?
