What a lovely, and true, sentiment. We DO feel the pain of loss acutely, but with time, and thought, can remember why we opened our homes and hearts in the first place, knowing one day we would have to say goodbye, but never regretting EVERY day we shared love and joy.

Amber, I am so, so sorry for your loss of Khemosavvy. What a beautiful horse he was. It is never easy to say goodbye to our fur companions and my heart hurts for you.
