Hi Toni, thank you again for your kind words.
Well, it has been a rough week for me as Romeo’s Birthday was on Monday the 15th.
He would have been 16 years old. I always thought he would make it because he was very active, and according to his Veterinarian, very healthy and ” should be around a while longer”. Of course, that wasn’t to be. This birthday was a little easier for me and I celebrated him all day. I had my Alexa announce Happy Birthday, Romeo every single hour and I had her sing the birthday song (I did too). And, of course, there were tears….lots and lots of tears.
So, it’s been 18 months since he left this world, and my heart is still sore. Life for me will never be the same, and life without him stinks. But, I know that nothing will bring him back and the world will keep turning no matter how I feel.
Anyway, I just wanted to mention Romeo’s birthday so I could say his name so he will be remembered.

Happy Birthday, Brony!!! I am so happy you have Frankie. What a gorgeous little kitty and a wonderful birthday present. I know everything happens for a reason and exactly when we need it to. Frankie was sent to you from your other kitty babies for sure. They dont want you to be sad anymore. This little baby is going to give you so much joy and will fill your life with happiness.
I’m sending you lots of warm birthday wishes. Give Frankie some cuddles and kisses from me too. ❤️ -

Our group meetings are open to everyone, are free, and are not only about loss and grieving to help comfort and heal – we also share the joys of opening our homes and hearts to new loves, and would love to meet yours🤗Meetings are the third Thursday of each month at 7PM Eastern and you can stay as long as you like. You will meet, and make friends with, kind, caring people who also love pets. The link to meetings is under “Events” on the right side of the Community page. How nice of you, Brony, and thank you🤗As you may recall, I was just fostering Mac and his siblings when his brother and sister had the deadly Panleukopenia and were dying. Mac survived and the rest is history! My accidental cats😎 Speaking of which …. Yipee🎉Frankie is YOUR “accidental” cat but the cativerse sends them our way and for good reason. Absolutely get her a friend – they will always have each other to play with, sleep with, and communicate as only they can. I am just delighted for you both❤️Your heart was empty and now is filling up again and that is the best way to live our lives and honor those we have lost. PLEASE introduce Frankie to us at this months meeting coming up this Thursday, July 18th at 7PM Eastern. We love to meet everyone and I am so excited. 🙌🙌She is darling and lucky to have you and your friend who rescued her. Just wonderful❤️❤️🎉❤️❤️ -

Hi Toni and Maureen, this is Brony I have something to tell you 8 days ago my friend was driving home, out in the country, she almost ran over him/her. She arrived at my door with this little one. She said I had to take him/her cause he /she had nobody. She promised to take the kitty to the vet and get him/her fixed. Well the kitty is probably 2 and a half months. We have a vet appointment on August 16th and I paid the 85 dollar deposit. She was just skin and bones but the most intelligent eyes I’ve ever seen. I bought her kitten food and tossed the adult food that was upsetting her tummy. Her name is Frankie. I’m going to have to get her a friend cause she is wearing me out. I’ll get a picture soon. -

🤗🤗🤗🤗Maureen, you have such anice way of saying things and comforting people. It means a lot and I am so grateful we have you as a friend💕Well, the summer heat is certainly cranked up and I can tell Mac and Roni are aware because they are sleeping through most of the day. Of course, that means they are romping around much of the night😨I’ll post a few photos of them so you can see how they’ve grown now that they’re about eleven months old.😎Stay cool. Toni -

My little Grandbaby Princess last month was so sad for me and Grandpa you passed away on the same day we bought you home when you were a little kitty.. Grandma is so sorry that mom didn\’t get to say goodbye to you but we will always love you and miss you so much and go find your mom and your Aunt Autumn and Phoebe, Misfit, little bit, your uncle Joseph tell your uncle his mom said hi ,she loves him with all of her heart he will always be mom little Angel 😇.-
