And Wendy, please come to our online group meeting Thursday November 21st. We start at 7 PM Eastern and you can stay as long, or little, as you like. Shawn, how long has Goofy been gone? He’s so cute, maybe someone took him home and he is having a good life. I hope that’s what happened, and you are right – we don’t know. That makes it even harder – wondering. Many years ago, I had a cat that went out and never came back. I still like to think she was “catnapped”. I am so sorry for all of your losses.💔Toni -

Shawn, Your mother gave her baby the kindest, most generous gift – a peaceful passing, as you did for your sweet Panda💔We promise to always do what is best for them, and you both honored your commitments. It’s devastating for us, but they are free of pain. I hope you and your mother can look back over the years you shared and find smiles in your memories of the many fun, funny and loving times you shared. 🤗I hope you enjoy a wonderful holiday season, I also know that holidays can bring up strong emotions, especially the first year after pet loss. I\’m doing this one for my moms little dog. She had to have him put to sleep this year. He was fine that morning. He went to sleep woke up didn\’t no where he was. He started that long stare. And he looked in pain. The vet said while asleep he had a stroke. It affected him memory. And he was developing canine dimension. He passed away in my moms arms. He was 16 years old. May he rest in peace. He\’s running over rainbow bridge with all the furbabies. And he\’s no longer in pain.-

My dog Goofy. He turned up missing. He was so sweet and lovable. He would talk to u. Idk what happened to him. He just never came back home. He was 6 years old. May he rest in peace. And run with the other furbabies. He\’s greatly missed.-

Thank you. Goofy disappeared back in July of 2022.

My dog Panda developed breast cancer. And the last weekend of September first weekend of October that Saturday night She had a stroke. I had to help her up walk go outside eat. She could barely move. I had noticed it was getting hard for her to get up and move. So that Monday October 2nd 2023 I took her to vet and I had to make that unbearable decision to have her put to sleep. She passed away in my arms. Iv got her ashes. I miss her so much. May she rest in peace. And run free and no pain with the other furbabies.

Oh Karen, how awful💔Your shelter should work hard to keep them together, and find them a good home. Saying goodbye, for any reason, is devastating and I am so very sorry. You are welcome to join our group meeting November 21st to talk about Jojo and JG. Where are you located? Maybe someone in our community can adopt Jojo and JG! if you can, post their pictures, please. We’re thinking of you. Toni -

Cheryl, When my BG died I felt the same way💔I hope it helps you to make yourself remember a fun or funny thing Sissy did, and that you allow yourself to smile with the memory. I had to surrender my two girls due to eviction. Just broke my heart. I asked for them to be adopted together as they’re a bonded pair. Jojo was 17 at the time, and JG was 7. - Load More
