Stacey, I know the feeling of coming home and nobody us there to greet us. It’s the worst. I lost my Romeo in January and we were together 24/7. It is still hard for me to leave the house but worse to come home because he’s not there. I dont know if or when I will get over that. This grief is hard.

Wow, this is so hard, Marilyn, losing such a dear, close and important friend after so many years together. I am so terribly sorry and saddened for you. 25 years! My goodness, how grand for Bandit, and for you. We want to have our beloved pets forever but they are ony on loan to us. You got to share 14 wonderful years and now it’s time to wander through the difficult and painful process of grieving, eventually healing. We atr jere for you with sympathy and understanding. Bandit was my world and faithful companion for 14 of his 25 years he was my lifesaver several times when ending it all seemed the right solution he saved me -

Thank you. I’m doing OK.
I adopted Woogie from a shelterin MN. He was just a kitten when I went to check out the kitties. I remember he decided to climb up on my shoulders and I just knew he was the one. I ended up adopting him along with another kitty. They got along great. Woogie was the quiet type, hiding when people came etc. He also was go with the flow cat. Never bothered him when I got a dog, rats or a rabbit. He came with each time I had to move and never phased him.
He was my cuddler, comforter. We were together 17 of his 18 1/2 yrs here on earth. -

Missing my boy. It’s been hard coming home from work at night. Night time was our cuddle time.

Hello, and thank you for the candle for Popeye. my beautiful Popeye passed away April 17 23 of a rare nasal cancer. It came on all of a sudden no warning, so I’m still in disbelief. I miss him dearly every day. My life has not been the same. He was my dear friend, and service dog. -

Melinda, how nice of you to take the time to share your beautiful family with us. Thank you.🤗. It is so very hard, sad and heartbreaking to love so much and so deeply, then have to say goodbye. But as we know in our heads, every leaf falls from the tree – we all pass one day and make way for new life – but in our hearts, we are broken. 💔. Yes, Ava was Addie’s mom. She is pictured with me in the profile pic. I lit a candle for her about a year ago, under Ava Nika. Otto is also Addie’s dad. They had her and her sister Mira, that lives with my parents, accidentally, shortly after we rescued Ava. We kept them. This is a good family pic that I took. Only one of two. Otto is on the couch and Addie, is to the right of Ava -
