Isn’t is awful, Leslie, how empty and quiet the house is? It’s not unusual to “hear” or “see” your beloved Tanner. How did that make you feel – scared, or happy? Something else? Even knowing she was failing and that you helped her find comfort and peace, they are never with us as long as we’d like. I hope you find memories of the many happy times you shared bring you joy and comfort of your own. Please join our group meeting Thursday Feb. 16th to tell us about Tanner.     In reply to - Leslie posted an update Tanner my 15yr old Lab went to Heaven 1 week ago today, wouldnt eat, unable to walk that day, and had 4 seizures during the nite. It was time to let her go. It is so quiet in the house, and so lonely. I think I still hear her at nite. So hard. ]]>
