Thank you so much … the most difficult thing we are facing is just being in our own home. We literally just can’t stand it without Molly here. The void is tremendous. I can’t sleep in my own bedroom because she’s not there next to me. I can’t bear to put her things away, so I’m just leaving them in place for now. Molly was so very very special … her devotion and love were enormous and I’ll never forget her. She will always be with me. I know she’s watching us and sometimes I can feel her presence. Oh what wouldn’t I give for one more kiss or belly rub.

Kathy and Leah posted an update in the group Remember Our beloved Molly was a gift from God who came into my life on March 18, 1999. She was about a year old, and presented herself just when I needed her most. Her devotion and love was enormous, even though she had been abused before I rescued her. With love, kindness and support from our family, she evolved into the most outstanding and confident girl. I saved her and then she saved me, as she stood by my side during a difficult time in my life. Awhile later, my daughter arrived - from day one they were sisters. She lived a wonderful life and will forever by a part of our hearts and family. Molly passed away on May 21, 2013. She battled osteoarthritis, and her limbs just eventually gave out. With everything we did to make her feel comfortable, it just became her time to be returned to Jesus. The loss is devastating, and we feel so empty in our hearts and in our home. We\'ll never ever forget her ... she was the most wonderful four-legged daughter and we miss her so much.
