This is heartbreaking. I am so sorry for your loss. Pets become such integral parts of our lives that we feel incomplete for a long time after losing them. Still, I think it’s good that you are taking this occasion to remember him, and I hope you have lots of positive memories on your mind to make you smile.     I’m so sorry that you lost your sweet Bubba. You really described it well; we have such deep connections with our pets, that when we lose them, it can feel like we lose our hearts.
