I have an 11 yr old stepson who has both bipolar and adhd issues but the love of his life is helping animals he hopes one day to be in that field. But with these issues I’m worried that his abilite to hold jobs may be difficult. My question is . Are there any places where he can do volunteer work so he can get his foot in the door to prove to himself and others that he can do this type of responsiblity? We live in Bristol pa. And are trying to find a local place for him to do volunteer work after school and weekends where he can help or assist with the care of animals. I think it it would greatly help his issues and help build his self esteem. And he’s got a heart of gold. Thankyou for any suggestions you may have..jim owen
