Aslan would love to know that he is in a Magic Pet Portrait now and that we remember him so fondly. Such a majestic dog who really lived up to his name.

Aslan is sitting on the Porch at Lily Lake, which was his favorite place in the world. When we'd return from Lily Lake to our home in Boulder, Aslan would be depressed for days. He just couldn't understand why we'd come back to our house and small yard, when we could just live at Lily Lake. He didn't understand we don't own Lily Lake, so he just gave us that "here we are again look" when we'd return home.
